Yoga And Meditation
Experience inner peace with these ancient Indian traditions, organized every morning on a 100 m2 wooden deck with a stunning view of the Arabian Sea. We offer daily yoga and meditation classes, based on your package. Individual classes and workshops are available on request. We also organize cultural and musical performances on-demand at the yoga deck.
Restaurant
Our elegant, open space restaurant is situated in the greenery of a bamboo plantation. Enjoy the gentle sea breeze and a magnificent view of the Arabian Sea as you dine. Dishes are served a la carte. Special, Ayurvedic cuisine is also offered to customers on our Ayurveda packages. We offer both Indian and Mediterranean-style Ayurvedic dishes.
Swimming Pool
Our elegantly designed,nutshell-shaped swimming pool is the first thing you’ll see from your room, apart from the breath-taking sea view. Get ready to unwind with an open, roofless shower and a foot wash, before soaking in a luxurious jacuzzi.
Beach
The quiet, sandy beach of Chowara is just a 10-minute drive from the retreat. We provide beach visits on selected days of the week, free of cost. Our experienced staff and our many years guarantee that you’ll have a pleasant experience that you will never forget.
