Reservation and Cancellation policy of
Anandalakshmi Ayurveda Retreat
1. General
a. All applicable taxes are included in the stated package rates.
b. The management may change the tariff periodically.
2. Booking & Confirmation Policy
a. Reservations for Peak Season
i. can only be confirmed on package basis
ii. advance payment of 50% shall be collected on booking or 45 days before arrival time, and remaining on or before arrival.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. The following fees are applicable for cancellation of bookings.
i. 45 days prior to arrival: 50% of effective booking value
ii. 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of effective booking value.
4. Check-in and check-out Policy
Check-In: 12:00 noon
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Ayurveda packages: 24 hours
5. Child Policy
a. One child under the age of 6 years can stay free of charge in the parents’ room without an extra bed.
b. safety of their children.operty is not child-proof.
c. The property is not child-proof.
6. Discount Policy
a. Repeater discount:
i. Repeat bookers are entitled to have a loyalty discount of 5% for their stay, provided a minimum period of stay equals 7 nights.
ii. This discount is applicable on accommodation and package rates
b. Long Stay Discount:
i. Any stay above 28 nights entitled to a 5% discount on the room rent or package rate.
ii. This discount is applicable on accommodation and package rates
c. Ineligibility of Discount
i. If the guests books through a Travel Agent, the above discounts are not available.
d. Other Direct booking guests
i. A Maximum of 10% discount allowed
7. Special Customers
a. Making Direct booking can be allowed discount up to 10% on packages
b. Reservation of Special Guests who are regularly visiting for Ayurveda Treatments for more than 3 years can be allowed to make payment on check in
c. The reservation shall be confirmed after collecting air ticket in mail.
8. Special Customers
a. Reservations for Peak Season
i. can only be confirmed on package basis.
b. Reservations for Off Season
i. Can accept package and non-package guests.
ii. advance payment 25% shall be collected on booking time or 30 days before arrival time, and remaining on or before arrival.
9. Cancellation Policy
a. The following fees are applicable for cancellation of bookings.
i. 45 days prior to arrival: 25% of effective booking value
ii. 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of effective booking value.
iii. 10 days prior to arrival: 100% of the effective booking value
b. These charges will be debited in the account and deducted from TAC payable.
10. Confirmation only on adhering to the following
a. Please note that your booking is not a guaranteed one unless the advance payment is received as per the above policy.
b. We are not responsible, if payment is refused or declined by the credit cardcompanies.
11. Being an authentic Ayurveda retreat centre use of alcoholic liquor is strictly prohibited Also Smoking is not permitted in the premises other than the designated area .
12. Outside food is not allowed in the retreat. Also if guests eat food from outside(street/local) it violates the ayurveda diet procedure and if they get any discomfort from this, the resort is not responsible
