Body, Mind and Soul
Ayurveda supports an active, healthy lifestyle and Body, Mind and Soul is an extension of this support. This treatment lasts for seven days and consists of Abhyangam, Sirodhara, Lepanam, and Rejuvenation massage, along with a restricted Ayurvedic diet regimen and yoga and meditation to maintain the stability and vitality of your body, mind, and soul.
This package consists of a treatment which is directed specifically towards weight reduction, particularly for those suffering from obesity. As a part of the treatment, several types of body massages are performed with medicated herbal powders and oils to remove excess fat from the body. The main treatments are Abhyangam, steam bath, Udwarthanam, Kizhi/Podikizhi, Pizhichil, Dhara, Tharpanam, Kashayasekham, Karnapooranam, Vasti,Swedanam, Lepanam and Face Pack. With this course of treatment, the body will lose excess fat that has been accumulated.

Panchakarma is Ayurveda's one of the ancient and important purification and detoxification treatments. In Sanskrit, the word 'Panchakarma literally means "five therapies", which suggests that it is a comprehensive system of knowledge and practices to purify the body of toxins and restore it to balance. The five therapeutic means of eliminating toxins from the body, which constitute the Panchakarma, are Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Basti and Raktamoskshana. The therapies deal with stress related problems and the toxins that are triggering ailments and these treatments concentrate on creating a balance between the doshas.
