Reservation and cancellation Policy :
All applicable taxes are included in the stated package rates.

Booking & Confirmation :
Peak Season : 50% advance payment required at booking or 45 days before arrival.
Remaining balance due 15 days before arrival.
Off Season : 40% advance payment required at booking. Remaining balance due 15 days before arrival.
Please note that your booking is not a guaranteed one unless the advance payment is received as per the above policy.
The retreat is not responsible for payment refusals or declines by credit card companies.
Cancellation Fees :
45 days prior to arrival: 50% of booking value.
30 days prior to arrival: 100% of booking value.
Check-in and check-out Policy :
Check-in: 12:00 Noon
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Ayurveda packages: 24 hours check-in/check-out
Child Policy :
One child under the age of 6 years can stay free of charge in the parents’ room without an extra bed.
The property is not child-proof.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.
